i have a 15 year old son that me and his mother got a divorce i got activated and she took off andf left them with her paerents they have had custody of all three of my kids for 7 years the other two 18,17.movweed in with thier mother.my 15 year old son wants to come live with me.what do i need to do to make this happen.

You need to file a modification of the divorce decree in the county where she lives; you child needs to make an election to live with you. The court will consider this and allow the child to move in with you if it is in the best interest of the child.
