Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
After 7 years of being divorced my ex husband is threatening me to take me for everything I have. He has full custody of my daughter, who is now 19yrs old, and he never asked for child support. But even though my divorce paper says I dont need to pay child support I would send my child money every month. Even when she came to visit me I would pay for half the ticket. Even when he decided to purchase a car for my daughter I sent him money for that as well. Everything that had to do with school (pictures, graduation, etc) I would send money. He's retired military, we were married for 15yrs. Just recently I found out that I could have received some of his retirement money, is that true? What can I do to resolve this matter?

Resolve what matter? In your post, you say nothing about what your husband threatens to do. You just tell us some things about what you have paid over the years and what you possibly could have done several years ago. You leave us to guess what the current issue is.
There is no such thing as custody of a 19 year old, nor can you seek suppoprt for a 19 year old. So unless you failed to pay things under the existing order, ignore the ignorant comments from your ex.
You can't redo property settlements so if you did not seek his retirement in the divorce you cannot do it now.
