Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I am 16 years old. My legal father wants to give up his parental rights to my little sister, brother, and myself. My current step dad wants to adopt us; however i do not want to be adopted. Can he give up his rights to me without me being adopted?

No. However, you can express your opinion in the adoption process (which a judge may or may not follow) as to whether the adoption should be granted as to you.
