Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Ok so I'm 17 years old and I live with my mother and I want to live with my dad in ohio I dnt knw if I should become emancipated because my mom isn't treating me fair I have evidence that she has been rude to me and all but my father doesn't has shared custody what do I do?

Rude? Not "fair?" Welcome to the world of every other teenager in the world. What you do is get off internet forums like this, let your parents resolve any issues, and not do things that will only cause problems for you and them.
