Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

im 17 years old and i lived in the state of ga when this happened, me and my mom got into a fight, and since im 17 i am considered an adult there and we both spent that day in jail and that night for family violence and simple battery. and that next day an attorney comes to talk to her at the jail and didn't even speak a word to me, which im fine with. but that night that we got out, we went to his, "office" which was really his house. but he told me that i HAD to move to Florida, where my father lives, and that i could NOT talk to an officer about anything or that he would send me to a place called, ydc. which is a youth detention center or something. can he legally do that? i don't believe that i can even listen to her attorney? can someone please clear this up for me..

Get your own lawyer immediately. And report hers to the state bar for the conflict of interest. But mainly, get your own lawyer ASAP.
