Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

After 11 years of seperation and no contact with my ex. Can I file for a divorce without him. I live in Georgia and the last state I know him to live is California. No kids, no assests.

Yes. If you can show the court that you are unable after a dilligent search to locate him, there is a procedure where a judge may approve service by publication.
