Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I have a 9 yr old daughter that lives in Nova Scotia Canada, whose mother does not allow me to have any contact with my daughter. We were not married so there is no court order for visitation or support. I pay child support anyways. I live in Georgia. What can I do about my paternal rights?
