My 15 yr. olds right to visitation

I have a 15 yr. old that chooses not to go see her dad every other weekened because of his wife.What are her rights and do I have to take the case back to court to change the visits?

Supporting her in opposing visitation would infuriate most judges and could cost you custody. As a custodial parent you have a duty to encourage, not discourage visitation. Unless the new wife is committing child abuse (provable) going to court is a horrible idea that can boomerang. The child does not have a right to prevent visitation.
