Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Im a 25 yr old single mother of a 5 yr old boy. I was living with my parents until recently. My parents are I had a falling out and I had to leave their home. When getting ready to leave I was packing mine and my sons things and my mother requested that I leave Zakk their with them until I got on my feet and settled. I thought that was a good idea and the best thing for my son at that time, seeing as I was not sure were I would be living. Now I have court papers for allocation of parental rights, my mom is assuming that I have no stable place to live, no stable job, and associating with known drug dealer and using drugs or alcohol myself. Well I have never touched drugs that were not prescribed to me, I have a stable place to live and I recently finally got a job after 2 months of job hunting. I need help getting my rights as a mother back and have my son back with me. Im not sure if i need to contact a Ga lawyer or Co lawyer (my parents live there)
