Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Our 16 yr old son got his 16 yr old girl friend pregnant...she insists on keeping the baby, and I am curious as to who is legally responsible for the financial support and if the girls mother can come after us as his parents for anything??

Your son will have 18 years of responsibilities, but in some cases you as a minor's parent also may have legal liability.
