my 14 yr old wanted to go live with her dad in the agreement he was to take over her orthodonic bill it has been 4 months he has not made a pyment and he has not put the bill in his name this agreement was signed off by the judge can i place contempt paers on him without a lawyer

Yes, you can petition the court for contempt but I wouldn't recommend doing it without an attorney. You don't know what forms to file. You don't know what argument to make to the judge. Did you know that if the judge sides with you, you can get an order from the court forcing dad to pay your legal fees. The reason is simple -- the dad is basically making you ask the court twice to make the dad do the same thing.

You can do anything you want without a lawyer, but that is a good way to screw up and probably lose the contempt case. Get a lawyer. Your chances will improve immeasurably.
