Accidental Bigamist

I am married to woman A and B. I married woman A first. We then separated and both started to date other people. I went to court on a drug charge and asked for re-hab instead of jail. Long story short the judge ended up saying that if I went downstairs and married my then pregnant girlfriend (wife B) he would send me to rehab. We ran downstairs and got married. Wife A is now remarried and I am still with Wife B. Am I breaking the law? What do I need to do to make things legal? I did not intend for this to happen this way. Thank you for your time.

You need to hire a lawyer immediately. You could face jail, and your second marriage isn't legal.

From your post, you did intend for it to happen, to get a lighter sentence in the other case. You apparently were also dishonest with the Judge by not telling him you were already married. Thus, not only do you face jail time for the new crime, you might face additional punishment for the prior charges.

You have created a mess and no one is going to believe it was an accident. You have committed adultery, which is a crime. You didn't mention any divorce, so A's current "marriage" may also be adulterous. Get a lawyer.
