Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

How can you get someone to acknowledge being served legal documents? We are sueing my husband's ex-wife for modification of custody. She is never "home" to get served and doesn't work. Please help.

Discuss this with your lawyer. Any lawyer will be able to get the court to approve alternative service in such cases - either by using his favorite private process server, or obtaining an order for publication. Your lawyer should have already discussed these options and their costs with you.
