How can I adopt a child whose 11 years old and has been living with me since she was 3 months old.

Hire a family law lawyer in Georgia. If you cannot afford one, seek out free legal help at legal aid societies like the Pro Bono Partnership. If the child has been with you that long, it may not be an uphill battle.
