Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
I was adopted at 8. My biological maternal grandmother adopted me. Now she is deceased...my biological mother has now filed a motion to set aside my adoption because she wants to be the only heir to my moms estate. Also the man listed as my father at the time of the adoption has never been heard. My biological mother husband now claims that he is my father and never knew of the adoption. Can my adoption be overturned?

One cannot seek to overturn an adoption for the reason you stated. I'd suggest you go see a lawyer, bring the actual paperwork, and deal with the case. Adoptions CAN be overturned based upon a legal defect, such as fraud or failure to properly notify a parent. Since you haven't posted what the case actually said, but rather what you think motivated it, there is no way to begin to answer you here.
