Adultry, aflienation of affection and mental abuse

Just to get to the point I don't won't to leave this marriage but for my health and my own sanity I need to. I have paper work of e-mails and telephone calls from my husband and his girlfriend that he calls his friend. Sometimes ranging from 3 s.m. until midnight. This is just business he says everything in our marriage has changed. I can't live with this any longer. What are my rights since I make much much less money than him and the children are over 18. Our marriage is and has been over even though he sleeps in another room we are still in the same house. I still love him but I don't know why and can't take the pain and hurt anymore....Please Help
