Adultry in georgia

if you are legally seperated but not divorced yet what are the penalties for commiting adultry......when there is a child involved...

By legally separated, do you mean you have a separate maintenance order? Although the adultery may not be the cause of a divorce, if one is filed, your behavior can be taken into consideration. I would be careful having the person spend the night when you have your child.

It's not ground for divorce but it is a crime.
