Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
I need advice about revoking temporary guardianship and revoking an adoption. My parents have temporary guardianship of one child and forced me into letting them adopt teh other. I was an addict for years and have been clean for 5 years now. I have always been there as much as possible for my kids. Even when I was out using I never missed a phone call from them. one child is being abused physically and mentally almost daily and the other is occasionally. I have evidence to prove it all. I make and keep all their doctor appointments, I pay for and get their haircuts, I buy them clothes. eventhough they get social security and child support. Their is never any food in the house except junk food and leftovers. The dog urinates and defecates in my sons room. They are being kept up till all hrs of the night. One child is failing multiple subjects and not turning in work and their both in gifted classes. This is just the tip of the iceberg. Both of my kids want to be with me and my husband and I have plenty of love to give them not to mention a House with a room for them both. Please help.

Georgia law prohibits challenges to adoptions this far after so that part of your question cannot happen. However guardianships can end in some cases. You can't get help for this online. Plan to spend money and see a lawyer who needs to read everything and get details.
