Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Affairs

My father recently passed away, we found out that he had a secret life that a lot of our money went too, such as a girlfriend for 24 years. Can we sue her for anything, considering we were left in a lot of debt, and land and other things that he had were transferred to her at the last minute. Is there anything we can do to recoup any of the money we lost on her and their lifestyle to cover funeral, medical bills and other things like that, thanks for your time

Re: Affairs

Generally, absent mental illness or duress, a person can do anything with his property he wants. Consult with a local attorney to review all the facts to see if anything can be done.
