what age does a child have to be to be made by the state to have her own roon in the state of Georgia

There is no law I know of which stipulates a child is to have his/her own room. I would guess most households in Georgia have children sharing rooms. The parents/guardians are not breaking the law. You have not provided enough information to address if there are concerns such as your age, if you are rooming with members of the opposite sex, their relationship to you, etc.
