What age does a minor get to choose custody .. I'm 15 and I feel that it's in my best interest to move to Texas with my father

You don't get to choose until age 18 in Georgia. At age 14, IF your father files a court case in Georgia against your mother, you can, if you choose express a preference, and a judge will follow it if he determines the change is not against your best interests. So you can't do anything until and unless your father files a court case.
