Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I have been getting a alimony check every month for 3 years. when i didn't get it this month I called and they said my x was on non payment status. It was court ordered in my divorce. How can he be on nonpayment status? What kind of rights do I have?

Go back to the Court that issued the original divorce order and ask for a new Order.
