alimony

in my final judgement my ex has to pay alimony for 30 months while I am in co;;ege. divorce final dec 08. in feb 09 I was hospitalized for complications from back surgery (oct 08). ther is no provision in my final judgement for medical withdrawal. I s this worth going back to court over? The balance of my alimony payments equals about 17,000. Do I have a case . GA law, Brantley
