Alimony

if i can not pay a bill can they take it from my alimony? i have alimony and disabilty.

Unfortunately for you, they can file a garnishment action against your ex for the alimony and/or your bank for money deposited. You should consult with a local attorney. There may be ways to get around this.

The easiest way for a creditor to sieze alimony and disability is to garnishee your bank account.
