How do i file contempt of court charges for non payment of alimony?

You file a Petition for Contempt. While that is easy to say, the procedure is somewhat complicated. You should hire an attorney. If you are successful, your attorneys fees will be awarded to you. If you would like to discuss this matter with me, feel free to give me a call.
