Alimony Payments
I live in Georgia and paying alimony to my ex wife until she is 62 years of age (currently 59). She is living with another man for over 7 years in NY state. I may be losing my job soon and wondering if I am still obligated to make these payments for another 3 years. Thanks

You should consult with an attorney ASAP. It is entirely possible, depending on the wording of your divorce decree as well as all the facts of your situation, that you will not have to pay.
