Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I allowed my grandmother to have guardianship over my children so she could get good medical insurance for them because I couldn't afford it, now I can and she is trying to take my children. They do not live with her I take care of them I have medical records, school records showing I take care of them what can I do to remove guardianship?
