Emancipation is not a matter to be entered into lightly. If it is freedom from your parent's control, you might want to reconsider the costs of living on your own. If there is an issue of abuse, then you need to contact the authorities. Once you turn eighteen( you will be responsible for your own food clothing and shelter. Until then, your parents are. I suggest you take advantage of that as long as you can.
