Annulment

What legal effects does an Annulment have pertaining towards custody & legitimacy of a child of a divorce/annulment?

Annulments are very rare in Georgia. One can only seek an annulment if a marriage was legally not valid, and that's rare.

Regardless, Georgia does not allow annulments if the parties have a child together, so your question really has no answer.

If there's a divorce, custody, visitation and support are resolved in that case.
