Hi my name is Anthony, I'm recently divorce and my son is 17 years of age. He will be attending Military School the 25 of this month and its state funded. Do i still have to pay his mother child support even thou he's not there?

It is very unlikely that your divorce decree provided an exception for your son moving away from home to attend school. Unless it did, you need to keep making your payments on time.
