Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My name is Anthony, and i have a 17 year old son i pay child support for. My decree states i have to pay until he's 18 and graduate high school. My question is he will be attending Military School, thats a state funded program. Do i still have to pay his mother child support even if he's not residing in her house hold.

You have to do exactly what the decree says. You don't get to defy the judge (unless you wish to go to jail). Unless the decree says anything about military school, that's irrelevant.
