How do i apply for divorce if i am unable to to locate my spouse?

You can still file for divorce in Superior Court, but if your spouse cannot be found, the result will be ONLY that a divorce will be granted; other issues, such as division of property, child custody, child support, etc. cannot be addressed. For more info, consult with a local attorney.
