Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I appointed a family from my mom's church to be temporary guardians for my two minor children. Only until my sister could get herself and her home ready for the children. This occurred in July. We have ony seen my children for 11 hours in 2 1/2 months. They do not call us, our visits were to be the first and third sunday of each month. In aug. we saw them on the first sunday only; they had plans on the third (no alternative offered). Visitation went form 12 to 6 on the first sunday to 12 to 4:15 on Sept. 5th, because the man has choir practice at 4:30 and church starts at 6 not 7. So, I requested to drop kids off at 5:45 (in time for church), but told no. My children are miserable, no contact with family or friends. Nothing we agreed to has been adhered to. The woman is always yelling and blaming y kids for everything. We wish to change the guardian to my sister, who has a stable job, nice 3 bedroom home and is now ready for the kids. what do we do?
