how to approach an attorney
I am a court appointed process server and I would like to know how to approach an attorney about doing service of process for them. also would I write up some type of contract or do I just send them a bill with the affidavit of service.

As to your first question, I would just call them and at least ask if you can fax or email your resume.
As to your second question, I would be very careful here. I would advise you to prepare a contract that outlines exactly what you will and what you won't do. Consult a local attorney.
