Need help asap for child support, visitation and taking action against the mothe

Hello,

My daughter is 15 years old. She moved to Georgia in 1992.

Her mother and I have a verbal agreement for me to pay child support. Her mother has received child support in Wire transfers, money orders and checks. Since 1996 or 1997 I have been paying $200.00 dollars. I only have copies of some money orders dating back to 1988. I have all money order receipts from the year 2000 to 2003. For 1994 and 1995 I also have all receipts.

I have always had problems with her mother. Since 1998, her mother has only let my daughter visit my family two times(in Delaware). Once, in 2001 for only two weeks and then in year (2002) for only two weeks. We paid for the trips. Her mother makes my daughter baby sit a lot. My daughter will also baby sit her mother's fianc� two children. The mother has had such a reckless lifestyle. In the past 5/6 years, my daugther has moved 5 or 6 times. She has changed schools 4 or 5 times. Her lastest report card has 3 F's. I need to exercise my father's rights. My mistake was not getting help and taking action earlier. What do need to do?
