Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

i asked my husband to leave but he won't unless i ask him in a notarized letter. if i did that would it affect my future divorce case?

I would suggest that you see a lawyer now, as in TODAY, and not take steps that may bite you that will take a lawyer to fix.
