Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I am attempting to divorce an inmate. He has been incarcerated for the last 7 years. I am unsure of where to file the paperwork for the purposes of jurisdiction. Should I file the paperwork in the county where I reside or where he is currently incarcerated?
