Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

attorney fees

My lawyer didn't show up for my final divorce decree, another lawyer went with me, as a result of my lawyers ineptness I am not able to go back to my maiden name(he left it out of my decree). Am I respobsilbe for ''professional services rendered''?
