Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
My attorney wants to withdraw from the case for some reasons. He filed the motion to withdraw and charged me fees of about $200 to file the motion. Is this right? If he wants to withdraw why should I pay the fees for motion?

When you say "for some reasons" most clients know exactly what the reason is, and that is a factor in whether the lawyer might charge for it. The person to ask is your lawyer.

I assume the reason is that you declined to sign a consent to the withdrawal.
