awnser to a court proceding

my mother-in-law passed away, there are 6 children involved. two live on the property that is involved with the will. i need to know the name of the legal form to awnser the courts against selling the property. two brothers want to buy out 2 sisters, the other two have already settled. so what form do i need to file with the courts against the sell of the property?

There is no "form" to accomplish what you want. However, there are legal avenues that may help, but they are too complicated to state in this type of forum. You should consult with a local attorney.
