Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Hello I just had a baby and the father and I aren't and weren't married he would do the acknowledgement in the hospital so he did a DNA test to prove she was his now he has a lawyer I don't know what he is up to and if I need a lawyer as well. He says it's for child support and he does not want to deal with he courts, but I have he is up to something else because he let his mom talk him into stuff. I work a part time permanent job from home and he wanted to know what I made year why would he need to know that and can he use that against me to take my child. I have a feeling he just wants to claim her on his taxes and nothing more then that. What do I need to do?

You need to hire a lawyer ASAP

You are correct, he may eventually seek custody

Do not respond to his questions without an attorney's advice
