Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My baby's father is behind on child support. I currently have a TPO against him.It is up in July and he can see my son again. He has a warrent for child support. He has not seen my son for it will be right at 3 years in July. He is behind $5,000 or more and the court says there isn't anything I can do and he can see my son according to our divorce papers and if I don't abey them then I could get into trouble. But he hasn't went to anger management classes like the court ordered and he has threatened to burn my house down with us in it. I'm scared of him for my sons life. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

If he has a child support warrant, contact the police when he exercises his visitation.

Also, the minute he threatens you, contact the police to report the threat and file for another order. If he threatens you before the end of the TPO, contact the police.
