back chilid support owed

there's a child support order in place, for my father to pay child support on me however I am 26 now and he hasent paid seice I was 2, plus there is my sister who has no order set up and never had any paid. My mother wants to sew him for back child suppot has always but never had the $ to pay the lawyers, now that my sister and I are older we can help so would very much like to persue it but have no idea where to start or who has to do it My mother or myself? Another reason she was unable to persue it back then is b//c the laws were different and he moved to GA. to start his buissness so that they wouldnt make him pay. For a while there was roumor that there was a warrent for him for not paying but he lives in Ga, so I dont know maybe it is still exsiting in N.C. He has made a million and my sister is still struggling to pay for college, and my mother deserves it more than anything so I just need to know where or how to start.

I assume your mother was the party in interest in the case. She can file a Petition for Contempt. For more information, you should consult with a local attorney.
