wants to go back to court and petition for joint custody

I am a mother of 2 boys under age 11. I have joint legal custody at present and visitation. I would like to know what my chance of going back to court to get joint custody, when i live in another state.

I am not sure what your question is. Are you asking that if you move to another state you will still have joint custody? Therefore, are you looking to modify your final judgment of dissolution of marriage? In Florida, if someone wants to move out of the state with the children, they must get approval from the ex spouse OR from the court. The move must be in the best interests of the children.
