Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I have back pay on my child support right now and I am about to go into a year long rehabilitation for drinking issues and I need to have documentation stating that I have 12 months of deffer-ed payments. What steps do I need to go through for this?

It is VERY unlikely that a judge would let you skip child support a year, even if paid later, as a judge is niot going to punish a child for your drinking. Talk to your attorney, but that's almost certain NOT to happen.
