Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I was in the beginning stages of an uncontested divorce and my husband got evicted and moved to Florida. I gave him the DRFA before he left, and have since asked him at least five times to get it back to me, which he has not. We have 5 year old twin boys. He recently, knowingly missed a court date for a DUI he got in March 2013. He is on probation for this and has done nothing to comply with the probation terms. He is on drugs, barely calls to talk to the kids and when he does, he sounds innebriated and its from some random number. He doesn't have a cell phone anymore because he doesn't pay the bill. I have no idea where he is living. He is pretty much couch-hopping. I do not care anything about child support at this point. I just want to get this filed. The lawyer that I started the process with has pretty much stopped answering my questions because she only deals with Uncontested cases, and she says this is now contested. I know there is a way to file by putting it in the paper. I guess my question is, ...How do I file and have a divorce finalized when my spouse will not comply with anything, and when I don't even know how to reach him? Isn't there something I can do when my husband is just not working, not seeing the kids, not able to be reached, doing drugs, and he just left GA with no intention of coming back. I'm sure he has a warrant for not showing up to court. What can be done here??

You're nowhere near an uncontested case, and you will not do well without a lawyer. Since your lawyer is obviously not going to help, get a better one. You will not navigate these complex issues well on your own.
