Getting my belongings

My husband has filed for divorce and I don't have the money to contest it. Can I still get my stuff out of the house even though it is not in the papers he got drawed up. I have proof that I bought the stuff.

If you haven't signed what he drew up, maybe.

Do NOT sign anything without a lawyer reading it and advising you. A consultation, even if you do not retain a lawyer, is inexpensive and may be invaluable.
