Benefits if Husband dies

How much, if anything, is his ex-wife entitled to if my husband dies, can she sue me for our house and his insurance policy money?

No, not unless there's a contract or something in the settlement agreement. Make sure the beneficiary has been changed on ALL his insurance policies.
