Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
My bipolar exwife has moves in her 4th boyfriend in 2 years. I have an 8 yr old son who is autistic and a 6 yr old daughter. I'm very concerned with how all the change is affecting them emotionally and what risks she is taking by putting these "strangers" behind closed doors with my children. I spoke with an attorney friend who states in my great state, Georgia, I have to prove that the current Guy is hurting them or prove that she is on drugs. I'm discouraged and I feel like my hands are tied. She has physical custody and joint legal. There is nothing in our decree outlining opposite sex members living in the home. I am remarried and could care less what she does on her time, but o don't want to stand back and just wait to see if one of these guys hurts my kids. What else can I do or how can I approach this in the courts to prove unfit.

Coiurts do not act on what you think someone might do. Courts respond to facts. If you have facts, then retain a lawyer and pursue them. If you do not, there is no reason to be concerned until you do.
