Name on Birth Cert different than i use

How can I get my birth cert changed to reflect the name I have always used since I can remember I am now 60. Concerned about SS and Life Ins etc

If you live in Georgia, it would be done by petition to the Superior Court. My office handles such matters. If you live in another state, see a lawyer in that state.
